PROJECTS
Making A Difference

BEATS NOT BLADES
The aim of the project is to counter knife crime and violence in all its forms and to act as a strong dissenting and disruptive force against knife crime by engaging with people at a vulnerable age within comprehensive school settings in a creative and imaginative way using music, song-writing and performance. We want to raise awareness of the harm caused by knife crime on an individual basis, to society and to the communities we live in.
TUNE INTO YOUR POTENTIAL
A music and employability skills intervention for groupS of 16-18 year olds, classed as NEET, or identified as likely of becoming NEET, in the Swansea region. The aim of our workshops is to increase confidence, literacy & numeracy levels, employability skills, communication skills and team work skills. The ultimate goal of the project is to help participants feel sufficiently confident to pursue a work placement, further education opportunity or volunteering placement.
